Media Trust the charity that operates Community Channel is about to launch a new television programme UK360. It will document and showcase inspiring community journalism stories and news content from across the UK.
The programme is looking for any local news videos or report contribution to show how communities are proactively reporting in their area and reporting on local changes. These items can encourage people to develop a community journalism network and help to give voice to grassroots stories and campaigns from individuals and groups who are often missing in the traditional news and media agenda.
The show will be launching from November 22nd and will be airing every Tuesday and Friday, at 7am, 12pm, 7pm and 12am.
