Filmmakers who focus on indigenous and minority cultures can enter their work to appear in a National Geographic film festival.
The All Roads Film Festival, sponsored by National Geographic, supports and showcases breakthrough film from indigenous and underrepresented minority cultures around the globe. The festival, held held September 14 to 18, 2011, is open to filmmakers who can demonstrate that they have been designated by a minority community to tell their story or those who come from those communities.
There are six film categories available: dramatic features, live action shorts, long and short documentaries, animations and music videos.
