Young people up to 26 years old from all over the world are invited to share their creative vision submitting videos of 5 minutes maximum of running time. Plural+ jury will award three videos, with the prize of 1,000 USD and an invitation to attend the PLURAL+ Awards Ceremony in New York City in December 2014.

Deadline for video submission is 27 June, 2014. Further information, including guidelines, regulations, awards, and the entry form can be found at the PLURAL+ website at pluralplus.unaoc.org.

The UN High Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations, Mr. Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser, says that PLURAL+, provides youth around the world with the opportunity to submit real stories told by real people, which when widely disseminated “would help foster intercultural dialogue and understanding, respect for diversity and tolerance.”

Last year, PLURAL+ 2013 received a record-breaking 254 videos from 71 countries and chose 26 winning videos.

One of the awarded videos is “Diversity” by Bernhard Wenger & Rupert Hoeller from Austria.
